About us

Infrastructure stewardship for teams who would rather build product

Managed Host is a managed hosting company. We take responsibility for keeping websites and applications running, recoverable, and maintained.

Mission

Give businesses a production home they can trust — without asking them to staff a full-time operations team. Reliability is the result of backups, monitoring, patching, and clear communication, not a slogan.

Where we work

We operate remote-first from Remote-first operations, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal. Support is available Sunday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 NPT. After-hours coverage is scoped only when a plan explicitly includes it.

Say what is included

Quotes list environments, backup scope, monitoring, and support hours. If something is not in the plan, we say so before work starts.

Design for restore

A backup that has never been restored is a hope. Restore paths are documented and confirmed, not left as a checkbox.

No invented proof

We do not publish fake testimonials, customer counts, or 100% uptime. Reliability is the operating work, not a banner statistic.

Ready when you are

If you already have a site, we can review a migration. If you are launching, we can plan the first production environment with room to grow.

How it works

From first conversation to ongoing operations

A straightforward path: understand the workload, design the platform, deploy carefully, then keep it current.

  1. 01

    Project consultation

We review what you run today, traffic patterns, compliance needs, and who needs access. The outcome is a clear scope, not a generic package.

  2. 02

    Infrastructure planning

We design environments, backup policy, monitoring, and a migration path that protects existing data and DNS cutover.

  3. 03

    Deployment

We provision, configure, and deploy with a rollback plan. You get a working production baseline and documented operating notes.

  4. 04

    Ongoing management

We monitor, patch, back up, and maintain. When you ship product changes, infrastructure stays aligned instead of drifting.
