This site is provided for informational purposes. Content describes typical practices. It is not a warranty of uninterrupted service and does not promise 100% uptime.
Inquiries are not contracts
Submitting an inquiry does not create a hosting contract. Paid services begin only after both parties accept a written quote or agreement. Availability, backups, and support hours are defined in that agreement.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for not providing confidential credentials through the public form. Application code, content, and legal compliance of your product remain yours unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Managed Host is not liable for losses arising from use of this public website or from relying on marketing descriptions before a hosting agreement is in place.
