FAQ
Common questions, answered without the marketing fog
If your situation is more specific than these answers, send an inquiry and we will respond in context.
What does managed hosting include?+
We host and operate the infrastructure your site or application needs: servers or platform runtimes, frontend and backend services, databases where required, monitoring, backups, security updates, and routine maintenance. Application development is out of scope unless we agree it separately.
Do you guarantee 100% uptime?+
No. No honest host can promise that. We design for high availability, watch systems continuously, and keep restore paths ready. Specific availability targets can be discussed for a given workload, but we will not claim perfect uptime.
How do backups work?+
Backup frequency, retention, and what is included (files, databases, configuration) are defined in your hosting plan. We test that restores are possible and document how to request one. Backups reduce data-loss risk; they are not a substitute for application-level versioning.
How do you approach security?+
We apply least-privilege access, TLS, secret management, and a patching cadence. We can restrict administrative access, review firewall rules, and help you close obvious exposure. Application vulnerabilities still need to be addressed in your codebase.
Can you migrate an existing site?+
Yes. Migrations start with an inventory of services, DNS, data, and dependencies. We plan cutover to limit downtime, keep a rollback option, and confirm backups before the switch. Timelines depend on complexity, not a one-size estimate.
What does support look like?+
Support is included in managed plans during the hours listed in company details. You reach a team that already operates your environment. After-hours coverage can be scoped if you need it — we will not imply 24/7 coverage until it is actually in the agreement.
Will you publish customer dashboards or billing later?+
The public site is built so those products can be added later. Today, onboarding, quotes, and operational updates are handled through consultation and the inquiry form.
How do quotes work if there are no public prices?+
Hosting cost depends on stack, traffic, data volume, environments, and support expectations. We review your requirements and send a written quote. There is no obligation until you accept a plan.
